The rectangular setting is embellished with two palmette motifs; the entire piece is openwork and set with old-cut and 8/8-cut diamonds, as well as calibrated light-colored sapphires. At the center is a larger old-cut diamond in a bezel setting, weighing approximately 0.40 carats. Platinum setting. Case in black morocco leather with gold trim and small iron clasps.
Weight: 4.3 g. - Size: 51.
Three calibrated sapphires are missing; significant wear on the setting.
