Pol Quadens (born 1960) - Lot 24
Pol Quadens (born 1960)
Flint Miami, 2019
Sculpture in stainless steel, on a metal base, signed and dated.
Height: 130 cm
Total height: 170 cm
Created at the request of an American agent, Flint Miami takes its name from its probable future destination: the lobby of a major hotel in Miami Beach. The project was to integrate an original sculpture of a certain size (130 cm) into the center of a large spiral staircase. As the lobby was not completed, due to complications caused by the pandemic, the sculpture remained in a private collection in Brussels.
